  • Nov 21 (early bird pricing until Oct 27)
    Reverb

Reverb is back this fall on Friday, November 21 in Providence. There is an early bird rate if you get tickets before Oct 27, so if you know your child wishes to attend, consider singing up sooner rather than later.

For those who were not with us last year, Reverb is an all-night event (6pm-6am) that starts with a hockey game, Gospel presentation, and group games at the Amica Mutual Pavilion, then the night (or morning, rather) is divided between East Providence Lanes and Teamworks Gym for activities. You can find out more information about this event here and feel free to ask us any questions!

    HOW TO REGISTER

Our group is listed under The Inverted and our group code is acts176. Below is our group registration link, as well as a step-by-step example of how to register your students in our group if for some reason the link does not work. Please make sure that it says “Registering as a part of: The Inverted” at the top of the order page to ensure that they’re with us and not an individual attendee.

    If the link doesn’t work,

    1. Visit https://brushfire.com/609137
    2. Click "Join a Group"
    3. Select the group: The Inverted
    4. Enter the passcode: acts176
  • October 15 @6:30p
    Volleyball Game (No YG 10/15)

October 15th we will NOT be meeting at the church for youth group. Instead, we will be meeting at EWG high school to support Trinity Pearson at her senior night volleyball game. Please bring $5/person for admission. Parents are invited to stay with their kids so we can all meet back at the church after the game for snacks & games. Leaders will NOT be driving students - parents must drop off and pick up from EWG whether they are coming back to the church or not.

*If you plan on attending, please fill out this survey so that we know who to expect (this doubles as permission for your student to be with us off-campus)*:

  • Snack Donations Welcome

We are looking for snack donations for the youth group— our students work up quite an appetite after worship and games! Chicken nuggets, mozzarella sticks, chips, apples, whatever you would like to bring in we’re sure they’ll eat. Please give any donations to Justin or one of the other youth leaders. Thank you to those who have helped contribute!!

Also, please remember that snack is not meant to be a replacement for dinner, so please try to ensure that your child eats dinner before youth group!

We’re also specifically asking for candy for our annual Harweenfest on 10/29 - please give any donations to Justin or other youth leader.

  • Feedback Form

This form is designed so that you can ask questions, suggest topics, and give us your honest feedback— it is completely anonymous (as we will demonstrate at youth group). We want you to feel comfortable to ask questions you may not want to raise your hand and ask, or that might be off topic. We want you to be able to suggest topics that you may be struggling with in your own life that you don't want blasted to everyone. And we want you to feel comfortable giving feedback about anything that may be going on in youth group without fear— we know you might feel uncomfortable talking to us directly, but if we don't know about it, we can't fix it! This is also a great way to suggest any fun outings or events you would like to see the youth group do, such as our yearly photo scavenger hunt or a hike.

(Parents are also welcome to use this form to give us feedback!)
